Jalapeno Cheddar Biscuit Mix

Our own south-of-the-border smoky and slightly spicy biscuits with just the right amount of kick. Perfect with any meal as well as with soups and stews. The heat can be kicked up by using pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar. Great for breakfast. Just slice them and add a hard fried egg with cheese. Serve right out of the oven with chili. Makes 20 to 26 biscuits.
