A perfect combination of our delicious scone mix and huckleberry jam. Make scone mix as usual, cut dough in half, press 1 half to about 8" circle, pour jam over mix and them press out other half and lay over the top of the first half. Press edges to seal and bake. You have a wonderful huckleberry filled scone for breakfast, brunch or afternoon tea. Scone mix weighs 16 ounces and makes 8 to 12 scones. The jam weighs 3 ounces. Enjoy!
